All items are handmade, so small variations in size, colour, and stitching are normal. These differences are part of the charm and uniqueness of handcrafted crochet.

Safety Information
Some items — especially amigurumi, stuffies, and pet accessories — may include small parts such as safety eyes.

Safety eyes are not recommended for children under 3 years old.

For a fully soft, baby‑safe option, you’re welcome to request embroidered eyes instead when ordering.

Processing times
Every item at Sally’s Stitches is handmade with care.

Ready‑to‑ship items: Ship within 3 business days.

Custom orders: Require 1–2 weeks to create, depending on design and complexity.

Shipping Policy
I ship using major carriers, including Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Purolator, Canpar, GLS, and ICS Courier.

All orders include tracking whenever available.

Delivery times vary by carrier and destination.

Once a package is handed to the carrier, delays or lost items are outside my control, but I will always support you in filing a claim if needed.
Local pickup in Airdrie, Alberta may be available — contact me to arrange it.
Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted on all items — including custom orders — if you are not satisfied.

Items must be returned in unused condition within 14 days of delivery.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

After your order is submitted, I will contact you by email or phone to confirm all details — including colours, sizing, and design choices — before I begin.

Full payment is required before work begins on all custom items.
